We enjoyed the Katara Cinema, great for movie nights. Daily workouts were easy with great gym options. The location was perfect. Staff was cute.
One minor downside was the lengthy wait during our arrival, as our room wasn't ready right away, a bit frustrating after a long travel day.

Got king room with mirrors and french balcony as expected. Very very nice staff, offered us concierge service, wake up service, and laundry. The hotel's location was great and stunning, close enough to such a beautiful and professional spa, a lovely woman and restaurants.

Our family enjoyed the lovely spacious Junior Suite, perfect for our young child. The experience was improved with indulging in the Royal Afternoon Tea, paired with scrumptious pastries. The Katara Cinema was an unexpected delight, offering a fun movie night right in the hotel!
My wife says that the kids wished for a children's play area.

Very pleasant staff. Very striking design of the rooms.
Very expensive extras - E.G. for two sandwiches and two glasses of wine 100 euros! Crazy lighting scheme in the rooms which needed an owner's manual to operate.

The hotel features an artistic design by Philippe Starck. I loved the surreal flower arrangements and the vibrant art pieces scattered throughout the public areas. The staff gave personalized attention, addressing me by my last name. My junior suite offered a comfortable stay with a heavenly bed, conducive to restful nights. Breakfast was a highlight, with a buffet full of high-quality items cooked to order. The location of my room on the first floor led to some noise from a kids' party and the gaming room nearby, which detracted from the tranquil ambiance I expected. I also encountered issues during check-in when my room wasn't ready, leading to a longer wait than anticipated.

The service provided by the hotel staff exceeded our expectations. Kudos to the Front Desk Team, the Guest Relations Team as well as the Concierge Team.
There is no provision of tea-making facilities in the rooms but a kettle and cups were supplied promptly upon request.
